Pregnancy Offerings
I offer weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes as well as Birth Preparation Workshops within my small, boutique style studio in Haverhill, Suffolk.
You can also practise pregnancy yoga from the comfort of your own home with my on demand programmes
Postnatal Offerings
I have a selection of in person postnatal classes and courses from Mum & Baby Yoga, Core & Pelvic Floor Rehab, Birth Trauma Coaching and Postnatal Transition Coaching.
