Creator and host of 'The Balanced Birth Hub and Podcast' Sarah is an Advanced Pregnancy Wellness Practitioner, Hypnobirthing Coach and a Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher.
Sarah is also the creator of Balanced Mamas pregnancy and postnatal yoga and wellbeing and the owner and founder of the Balanced Space Wellness Studio in Haverhill, Suffolk.
She is on a mission to support expectant mums through the pregnancy to postnatal faze of their lives with classes and courses both in person and on demand.

Sarah offers in person classes and courses in her small boutique style studio in Haverhill, Suffolk. With weekly Pregnancy Yoga and Relaxation Classes and Mum and Baby Yoga Classes as well as Mindful Hypnobirthing courses either 1-1 or small group settings.
