Gently reconnect with your core and rebuild pelvic floor strength after birth with Core & Floor Essentials, a supportive at-home programme designed to fit around life with a new baby.
Each session builds progressively week by week, with the flexibility to choose shorter videos when time feels limited.
The programme includes targeted strengthening for the postnatal body, alongside sessions focused on releasing tension through yoga and Pilates-based movement, as well as myofascial release techniques. You’ll also be guided with simple, empowering pelvic health education

For those based in or near Haverhill, Suffolk, Sarah offers personalised 1:1 sessions alongside the Core & Floor Essentials programme, providing tailored guidance to support your individual recovery and goals.
These sessions take place in her private studio, The Balanced Space at Anne of Cleves House.

Through Balanced Mamas, Sarah offers supportive spaces for both mother and baby to reconnect, rebuild, and feel nurtured through early motherhood.
Her weekly mum and baby classes in Haverhill combine gentle movement with connection and community, creating a welcoming environment where mothers can strengthen their bodies while bonding with their babies alongside others on a similar path.
For mothers whose birth experience may not have gone as planned, Sarah also provides calm, compassionate support, helping them to process their experience in a way that feels safe and empowering.
